Into the Heart of Thailand Retreat with Marisa Weppner, coming November 2018!

Come experience Thai Culture, Tradition, Dharma and Fun!  A 12 day retreat and cultural experience in Northern Thailand.  Each year we invite a new Yoga or Buddhist teacher to come lead the practice while MHY leads the group into local and intimate settings in Northern Thailand.  We visit and practice yoga at local temples, national parks and waterfalls, stay with host families for several nights and enjoy the company of our local Thai community!

Private Lessons:  If you are an athlete looking to train using Yoga as your foundation please click here. Privates are 1-1/2 hours long and include breathing and relaxation exercises along with traditional postures.  Each session has time included for consultation on creating a personalized Yoga routine and life-style.

Yoga nidra and meditation: Yoga nidra, meaning,”sleep of the Yogis,” is a deeply relaxing and Consciousness-cultivating practice using various concentration techniques.  Its aim is to completely relax the body and mind so our inner witness becomes dominant in our awareness.  Once in that state we are able to see ourselves and the world around us with a Heart full of wisdom and joy and a Mind free of judgement.  The class will also include the practices of pranayama and meditation.  location tba
